This 2002 Harley-Davidson V-Rod was purchased in May 2004 by its current owner, and it has 4k miles. Power is from a liquid-cooled 1,130cc Revolution V-twin paired with a five-speed transmission, and the bike features anodized aluminum bodywork, fuel injection, a two-into-two exhaust system, solid disc alloy wheels, triple disc brakes, an under-seat fuel tank, a 49mm fork, and a two-up seat. This VRSCA is offered by the seller on behalf of its current owner in California with an owner’s manual, a service manual, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The bike features anodized aluminum bodywork over a color-coordinated frame in addition to forward foot controls, folding passenger foot pegs, and a side stand. A 3.7-gallon fuel tank is located beneath the side-hinged stepped two-up seat.
Solid disc alloy wheels measuring 19″ up front and 18″ out back are wrapped in Bridgestone tires. Suspension consists of a 49mm telescopic fork as well as a pair of preload-adjustable shocks mounted to the polished aluminum swingarm. Braking is handled by triple 292mm discs and four-piston calipers.
The chrome handlebar is mounted beneath an instrument panel that contains a central 140-mph speedometer flanked by a fuel-level gauge and a tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline. The digital odometer shows 4k miles.
The liquid-cooled 1,130cc DOHC 60-degree V-twin was co-developed with Porsche, and it features a gray powder-coat finish, highlighted cooling fins, and polished covers as well as sequential-port fuel injection, dual overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder, and a two-into-two chrome exhaust system. Factory-rated output was 115 horsepower and 74 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a drive belt. Work in preparation for the sale included changing the oil and replacing the battery.
